- Evidence of Issue: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide visible evidence of the product’s dissatisfaction or issues. This can include photos or videos showing the defect or problem that justifies your dissatisfaction.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Evaluation: Our customer service team will review your submission and may contact you to discuss the matter further. We reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the claimed issues.
- Return Product: If your refund request is approved, you will be asked to send the product back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions and LimitationsPlease note that refunds are only available for products bought directly from us or our authorized retailers. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party resellers are not eligible for refunds under our policy. Furthermore, refunds do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
